In compliance with the Law No. 14,611/2023, which addresses Salary Equality and Remuneration Criteria between Women and Men, the Alsco Brasil discloses its 2025 Salary Transparency Report, prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).
The document was produced based on official eSocial data, following the model and methodology defined by the Federal Government. As established by law, our publication aims to ensure transparency, and public access and a continuous commitment to fair practices equity, diversity, and inclusion in our workplace.
